This week marks a major milestone for my schedule. We are officially kicking off the remediation design for Bayou Trapagnier (see insert photo). The man-made portion of the bayou will be closed requiring construction of a 2-lane-needs-to-support-big-trucks road through the swamp which then must be gone when we finish. I'll spare everyone the engineering details. Additionally, we will have lots of "help" on the project. I see more gray hair in my future. I'm trying to get a big team built so I will not be doing to many tasks myself so I can keep up with some daily dog training. On the dog training front, Grace is doing better weaving with me walking along side. She wants to watch me so I need help training her with another person and a treated target past the weave exit to keep her head down. She either goes in slow granny gear and watches me or super speedy warp 6 gear toward food or a toy.... I wish she had an in between training speed. I love the enthusiasm so we'll keep working her in warp drive.
