Here is a video of Kirk at the LCCOC field running a standard course that was set up. We met Tracey and her gang there for a bit of Saturday morning practice. Boy did it get hot and humid quickly. Summer has arrived!
I also practiced with Kamikaze this morning. The Sibs are running pairs together in a few weeks we me handling Kaz.
