My plan forward detail below started as goal orientated concepts. This list was committed to paper in May 2011 which is one year after moving to the "new" house. I've jotted down items that aren't functioning as well as I would like. Prior to now several "to dos" have been done but this current list is about claiming the house as ours and having it function the way we want it to. Of course there are a few exceptions, as one of the back porch fans broke about 6 weeks after moving so "replacement porch fans" missed the first wave of repairs by handyman Todd.
