Appraiser Located!!!!!!!!!

After a zillion phone calls we have located the appraiser. She viewed the property on Monday and was completing the appraisal today. She indicated that things had gone well and we should close on time... code for the appraised value meeting the selling price. YEAH.... Okay now the rubber meets the road and I have to face packing. Bon fire anyone?
