Nedra sent out the email calling volunteers to the agility field for the annual pre-trial equipment cleaning. Several folks showed up to help. We even had a pressure washer onsite for the tunnels and contact equipment. After a couple of hours of cleaning equipment, sweeping the shed (Tom), and cleaning decaying leaves off the concrete pad, we adjourned to Don's for lunch. Job well done.
After we returned home Tom walked the dogs. While Bern was out walking, Grace and I worked her weaves using the harness and leash. She still struggles to stay in the poles but I keep hoping that she gets better at this new weave game. With Grace strolling with Tom, Bern and I worked his dumbbell - arghhhh, so frustrating getting him to move with the dumbbell in his mouth. His first reaction is to let it fall and then move to walk or sit. Not looking promising for our Memorial Day LCCOC obedience trial.
