I substituted for a missing Woodland Ringer at FUMC both services this morning. Both services we played well. The gang went to a McDonald's for breakfast between services. We swapped funny house neighborhood stories to pass the time.
After late service we loaded up the bells and moved them down the street to First Baptist for the Dan and Friends concert. Dan Talbot, organist, had friends the Red Stick Ringers, Pianist San Chasuk, and Baritone Chris Turner join him for the AGO sponsored concert. This will be the last Red Stick Ringers AGO concert with Carol Fleeger directing. Red Stick director Carol is moving to Kansas to be with her grandkids.
